Michelle Ng is the Managing Partner of the Firm and she is in the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice.
Michelle undertakes both contentious and non-contentious IP matters for clients across a range of industries, in both the
public and private sectors. She advises on and structures transactions involving IP rights, and also manages trademark,
patent, industrial design and domain name portfolios for clients.
Michelle has been noted for her work in the IP field in a number of industry publications, such as World Trademark Review
(WTR) 1000 – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, AsiaLaw, Asia IP, Managing Intellectual Property, IAM Patents and
Legal 500.
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, Michelle also regularly contributes to a number of leading legal publications.
She is a Registered Patent Agent, a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks
Group, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and a member of the Association of Singapore
Patent Attorneys. For INTA, she has also served on the Law and Practice (Asia-Pacific) Sub-Committee of the INTA Bulletin
Committee.
Michelle also volunteers at various IP public consultation sessions and legal clinics.
Michelle graduated with a LL.B (Hons.) in 1996 from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1997. Michelle is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court
of England and Wales.
