Our team advises and provides legal solutions to clients, both locals and foreign , in diverse industries and undertakes a wide spectrum of work, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, takeovers, private equity, debt and equity issues, corporate re-structuring, regulatory licensing requirements in Singapore, corporate governance, employment and immigration issues, data protection and company secretarial matters.

Our team work closely with issue managers, underwriters, financial advisers and issuers on a broad range of fund raising and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals and advise on interested person transactions and employees share schemes. Our team also liaise with the Singapore regulators when acting for our clients in such financial and corporate transactions.
