Fiona Lim is a registered Foreign Lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

Fiona is registered under Section 36B of the Legal Profession Act 1966, qualified to practise Singapore law (other than areas excluded under Rule 4(3) of the Legal Profession (Regulated Individuals) Rules 2015 and Malaysia law in Singapore.

Fiona is experienced in advising on corporate and commercial transactions, covering domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and foreign direct investments. To complement her practice. Fiona also advises on data protection, corporate governance and regulatory compliance in various sectors including in the FMCG sector.

Fiona graduated from the University of Malaya with an LL.B (Hons.) in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.
