Lawrence Wong is a Consultant in the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

An experienced and established corporate practitioner, Lawrence’s areas of practice include corporate and securities laws, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance advisory.

He has led numerous initial public offerings (for both local and overseas exchanges), reverse takeovers, general offers, secondary fundraising, and cross-border merger and acquisitions exercises. He has also advised and led numerous corporate actions for companies listed on SGX.

Lawrence has previously served as the founder and head of an SGX-approved continuing sponsor, and holds extensive experience in both public and private sectors of the legal profession.

Lawrence graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1991 with an LL.B (Hons), on a Public Service Commission of Singapore scholarship. He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR.

He has been recognised in IFLR1000’s Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms (“Financial and Corporate” practice area) and by The Legal 500 under its Asia Pacific for Corporate and M&A sector ranking.
