Nancy Guay is a Senior Legal Executive in the Real Estate and Trusts Practice.

Nancy supports the lawyers in the management of a number of key real estate portfolios. Her work includes drafting and preparation of transactional documents, landlord and tenant matters, Central Provident Fund Board (CPF Board) matters, bank related transactions such as credit and financing, as well as transactions pertaining to private and HDB residential and commercial properties.

With close to four decades of experience, Nancy is deeply experienced in providing real estate and conveyancing support for multiple significant projects, including the development of Haw Par Villa, Bugis Street, Delfi Orchard, Ocean Building and Ocean Towers, The Singapore Flyer, Buddha’s Tooth Relic Temple, Aeronautical Gas Balloon Attraction @ Beach Road/Tan Quee Lan Street, lighting of four bridges along the Singapore river, the Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa Integrated Resorts as well as Skyline Luge Sentosa.
