Joanne Chua is a Legal Executive in the Real Estate and Trusts Practice.

Joanne handles all types of property related work, including residential, commercial and industrial sales and purchase, landlord and tenant matters, consumer banking and real estate financing and Central Provident Fund Board matters and collective sale.

Her work also includes preparation of Power of Attorneys, wills and probate and administration of estates. Her responsibilities also including supporting the lawyers in acting for the vendors in the collective sale of several developments including 11 Balmoral Road, Normanton Park, Makeway View, Kismis View and Brookvale Park, as well as in the applications to the Strata Titles Boards for the Order for Collective Sale.

Joanne has prior experience as a conveyancing executive and a keen interest in all aspects of real estate transactions.
