Mahtani Bhagwandas (“Mahtani”) is a Consultant in the Disputes and Specialist Practice.

Mahtani's main areas of practice include corporate and commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on international sale of goods disputes, shareholders and partnership disputes, shipping, and banking litigation.

He is also experienced in various areas of insurance including claims and disputes for industrial accidents, product liability and property damage.

Mahtani holds independent directorship(s) in listed companies and nominee directorships in private companies.

Mahtani graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore in 1992 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993.
