Boon Ping is a Manager, Corporate Services, at Donaldson & Burkinshaw Corporate Resources Pte. Ltd. (DBCR).

He has more than ten years of experience handling corporate secretarial matters. Before joining DBCR , Boon Ping was working with one of Singapore’s largest corporate secretarial services companies.

Boon Ping is well versed with regulatory requirements and assists DBCR’s local and international clients across a number of industries on a wide range of corporate secretarial matters, such as the incorporation of companies, maintenance of registers and statutory records, regulatory reporting and compliance, corporate restructuring matters, immigration and employment matters.

He is effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom and currently serves as Company Secretary to several private companies in Singapore.

Boon Ping is an Associate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore.
