Kelly is the Head of Corporate Services at Donaldson & Burkinshaw Corporate Resources Pte. Ltd. (DBCR) and as a qualified Chartered Secretary.

With over 25 years’ experience in the corporate secretarial field, Kelly leads a team of dedicated professionals in providing a full range of corporate secretarial services to a diverse clientele portfolio including local, multinational and public listed companies, offshore and foreign-owned companies, branches and representative offices. Her experience encompasses a wide spectrum of industries including asset management, electronics, engineering, information technology, investment trusts, manufacturing, oil and gas, food and agriculture, retail and distribution, textile, timber, jewellery, real estate and property.

Kelly regularly advises and assists clients with regulatory and compliance matters under the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Mainboard Rules, Catalist Listing Rules, the Singapore Companies Act and the Code of Corporate Governance. She also undertakes the corporate secretarial aspects of corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, the conversion of business entities, amalgamation, capital reduction, and dissolution and liquidation of business entities.

Prior to joining DBCR, Kelly has worked in law firms handling the corporate secretarial aspects of initial public offering (IPOs), corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, consolidation and subdivision of shares, share buy-back, share incentive schemes, warrants and convertible notes issue. She also headed the corporate secretarial division of the China Practice Group in one law firm. She is effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) and currently serves as Company Secretary to several public listed and private companies in Singapore.

Kelly graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia and is a Practising Chartered Secretary and Associate of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore.
