Siew Boon Him is a chartered secretary in the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

Boon Him provides comprehensive secretarial support to corporate clients to comply with requirements under the Singapore Companies Act and other business regulations in Singapore.

He has several decades’ experience in corporate secretarial work and has been appointed Company Secretary of two public listed companies in Singapore prior to joining the firm.

Throughout the years, he was also the head of established firms and several professional organisations, providing corporate secretarial services.

Boon Him is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (UK) and a member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administration.
