Chua Shang Li is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Practice.
Shang Li manages the intellectual property portfolios of both local and international clients, and undertakes advisory work
related to trade marks, passing off, copyright and industrial designs, including clearance searches, filing, prosecution,
maintenance and commercialisation of rights.
He also actively represents clients in the protection and enforcement of their rights and regularly undertakes opposition,
invalidation and revocation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and the Courts.
Shang Li graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2005 with an LL.B (Hons.). He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2007.
