David Mitchell is a Partner in the Real Estate and Trusts Practice.

David specialises in real estate transactions and handles all property related work, including residential, commercial and industrial sales and purchase, landlord and tenant matters, bank related mortgages, as well as probate and administration of estate matters.

He has extensive experience in collective property sales transactions. Collective sales that he has handled include Normanton Park (488 units sold at S$830 mil), Brookvale Park, Makeway View, Kismis View 11 Balmoral Road, St. Martin’s Court, Tat Lee Court, Nathan Court, Hoover Flats, Mulan Court, Emerald Lodge, Venus Mansion, 24 @ Newton, Nos. 29, 39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49 Minbu Road, Tong Watt Mansion, Shelford Court, Aura Park, St. Patrick’s View, Phoenix Mansion, Nos. 85-87B Ceylon Road and 66 East Coast Road (GRTH Building). He has also acted for the purchasers of the Inter-Continental Hotel in Singapore.

David has attended the 15th Annual Summer School in Legal Aspects of International Finance at the Centre of Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary College, University of London. He is also currently a tutor at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education for the course in real estate practice.

David holds an LL.B (Hons). and an LL.M awarded by the National University of Singapore.
