Koay Min Pin is a Partner in the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice.

She advises and manages the IP portfolio of clients in diverse industries, both in Singapore and internationally.

She has also presented talks on IP developments in Singapore to multinational corporations and members of the International Trademark Association. Min Pin has taught Business Law at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and has lectured and tutored in various IP seminars and courses, including those conducted by the Intellectual Property Academy of Singapore. She was appointed as Facilitator for the Trademarks course leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations.

Min Pin is a registered Patent Agent in Singapore, a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Attorneys and a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, U.K. She is also an appointed Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

Min Pin graduated with a LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Liverpool, U.K., in 1985 and has been called to the English Bar. She was conferred the LL.M from the London School of Economics, U.K., specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law. Min Pin was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989.
