Ngaim Ruo Ling is an Associate with the Corporate and Commercial Practice, and Technology and Data Protection Practice.
As part of the Corporate and Commercial Practice, Ruo Ling advises and assists on mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, tax
advice and company compliance matters for listed and non-listed companies.
In the Technology and Data Protection Practice, Ruo Ling advises and assists on matters in relation to cryptocurrencies, ICOs and
personal data protection.
She also has experience in contentious matters such as en bloc disputes (for both majority and minority
disputes), contractual disputes, and criminal matters at both state and appellate court levels.
Ruo Ling graduated from the University of Southampton (U.K.) with a LL.B (Hons.) in 2015 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018. In 2019, she completed the Graduate Certificate programme in LegalTech conducted by the
Singapore Management University.
