Tan Pei Luan is Of Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

She advises local and international clients on incorporation, corporate secretarial matters, employment and immigration matters, various types of construction contracts, commercial contracts as well as probate and administration of estate matters, and property related matters, including properties held in trust for societies and temples.

Pei Luan graduated with a LL.B from National Taiwan University, Taiwan and an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Manchester, England in 2004. She has also been conferred the LL.M from Boston University, USA in 1998. Pei Luan was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2010.

She is also a qualified Chartered Secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and the Chartered Secretaries Institute Singapore (CSIS).
