Joyce Tor is Of Counsel in the Real Estate & Trusts Practice.

A specialist in the practice area of conveyancing and real estate, Joyce has over a decade of experience assisting clients in numerous transactions in sales, purchases, and financing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. She is proficient in handling conveyancing for both private properties and HDB (public housing) properties.

Joyce also regularly acts for banks and the CPF Board in the mortgage and charge of properties.

Aside from private practice, Joyce holds prior experience as an in-house legal counsel with a statutory board.

She graduated from Singapore Management University in 2011 with an LL.B (Hons.), and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2012.
